NC BREATHE, a free one-day event focused on clean air quality across the state, will be held in Raleigh on March 26.

The conference will provide a forum for researchers, advocates, and policymakers to examine the intersection of environment, health, and air quality, and to discuss how improved policies can benefit the health and economy of state residents.

Featured speakers include Michelle Bell of Yale’s School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, Drew Shindell of Duke’s Nicholas School for the Environment, and a range of other leading healthcare and environmental professionals. The conference is sponsored by Clean Air Carolina, Environmental Health Scholars Fund, Medical Advocates for Healthy Air, Research Triangle Environmental Health Collaborative, and Fred and Alice Stanback.
