Curious about the link between human, animal, plant, and environmental health? Join the Global One Health Academy for the third annual One Health Research Symposium—a FREE half-day event celebrating groundbreaking One Health research and leadership at NC State.
What to Expect
Get ready for an inspiring afternoon packed with ideas, insights, and conversation! You’ll hear a keynote presentation from Tony Goldberg (University of Wisconsin-Madison) on “Scary Viruses, Killer Tapeworms, Nostril Ticks, and Armpit Maggots: Insights from the Unexpected in One Health Research.” You’ll also enjoy research talks from the 2025-26 Global One Health Fellows, an engaging panel discussion on the food-water interface, a poster session, and a Paper of the Year award. Stick around afterward for a reception with refreshments and plenty of networking!
