Darius Rountree is a Manager of Member Support at Guild, a certified B Corp that’s on a mission to unlock opportunity for America’s workforce through education. He graduated from the Jenkins MBA program with a certificate in Business Leadership in 2023. Darius Rountree brings over 15 years of leadership experience, focusing on people and operations management. As a proud graduate of North Carolina Central University, where he earned his degree in Criminal Justice, Darius embodies the values instilled by Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). His passion for sustainable business practices and B Corps was sparked during his time in the Jenkins MBA program, particularly through courses like MBA 582 and MBA 590, Sustainability in Business.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Darius is an active life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., where he contributes to community service initiatives. Darius finds fulfillment in giving back to his community, a commitment he holds dear to his heart.
