Tony Pease is a technology executive with over 20 years of experience building early-stage technology and consulting firms. He is the Founder and CEO of Carimus, a brand and digital transformation consulting firm focused on Fortune 500 organizations and a leader in social impact gaming. Most notably, Carimus’ product Joulebug is an employee engagement mobile app that educates and mobilizes employees to take action toward their company’s sustainability goals. Previously enlisted in the United States Navy, he served as a Nuclear Technician in the Submarine Service. Tony graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of the EO Raleigh Chapter and remains active in the community. Tony lives in Apex, NC with his wife Anita and their three children.
