At a recent TEDx talk, Eric Henry – who’s work on agriculture and climate change we’ve featured previously – explained how Cotton of the Carolinas and his company, TS Designs, are seeking to relocalize the apparel supply chain, creating transparent networks between farmers, processors, manufacturers and consumers that take you from “Dirt to Shirt” in less than 700 miles.
