Our upcoming BSC Sustainability in Research Seminar with feature Dr. Richard Newell, President and CEO of Resources for the Future on April 21, 2017, 3:30 - 4:45pm, Nelson 4210. Dr. Newell's talk titled, “Valuing Climate Damages: Updating Estimation of the Social Cost of Carbon Dioxide,” will focus on the findings and recommendations from a recent National Academies report on the issue. Resources for the Future is an independent, nonprofit research organization that improves environmental, energy, and natural resource decision-making through rigorous economic analysis.
