John Replogle joined Seventh Generation in March of 2011, from Burt’s Bees, the leading Earth-friendly, natural personal care products company, where he served starting in January 2006 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Burt’s Bees, John spent three years at Unilever, where he managed the skin care division and helped to launch the Real Beauty campaign for Dove and establish the Dove Self-Esteem Fund. He earned a B.A. in History at Dartmouth College and an MBA at Harvard Business School.

Kirsten Saenz Tobey founded Revolution Foods in 2006 with Kristin Groos Richmond, while they were classmates at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Kirsten continues to steward the mission and drive the brand vision and impact strategy for the company. Kirsten’s work centers around developing innovative, attainable solutions for providing access to healthy food and education to families across the US. Revolution Foods was named by Fast Company as one of the world’s 50 most innovative companies in 2015.
Francine Petersen Espinoza

Francine is a researcher in consumer psychology and behavior. She is interested in understanding what makes consumers happy and how they can make better choices for themselves and for society. Her research focuses on emotions, luxury consumption, and self-regulation and how these elements interact to influence consumers. She was visiting faculty at Columbia Business School, USA, in 2013. She received her PhD in marketing and psychology in 2009 from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, USA, and her Master's degree in marketing with great distinction in 2004 from UFRGS, Brazil. Francine has experience as a marketing manager and marketing research consultant.
