Areas of Interest in Sustainability: I am very interested in Renewable Energy, and how we can become 100% efficient using renewable energy.

Why is sustainability important to you? Why do you think it should be important to your fellow students?

Sustainability is important to me because I want to make the world a better place through sustainability. It is important to share these ideals with my peers because it should not be an individual effort to make the world a greener place.

What sustainability challenge would you most like to solve?

The biggest sustainability challenge I would like to solve is making all energy renewable and rely less on oil and coal. If we can convert our electric grid to 100% renewable energy, I feel like this impact would make the world a better place as well as solve some political issues.

What’s your advice for fellow students who might be interested in sustainability, but don’t know where to start?

If you are interested in sustainability and don’t know where to start, find something you are passionate in, and find out if there is a club that you could join or if there isn’t one make one. We are living in an age where there are multiple opportunities out there as well as an abundant amount of resources in order for you to make something your passionate about, a reality.
