Andrew is the author of a new book The Big Pivot, co-wrote the international bestseller Green to Gold, and authored the Harvard Business Review Magazine cover story, “Resilience in a Hotter World.”

Francine Petersen Espinoza

Associate Professor of Marketing, European School of Management and Technology

Francine is a researcher in consumer psychology and behavior. She is interested in understanding what makes consumers happy and how they can make better choices for themselves and for society. Her research focuses on emotions, luxury consumption, and self-regulation and how these elements interact to influence consumers. She was visiting faculty at Columbia Business School, USA, in 2013. She received her PhD in marketing and psychology in 2009 from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, USA, and her Master's degree in marketing with great distinction in 2004 from UFRGS, Brazil. Francine has experience as a marketing manager and marketing research consultant.

Ron Jarvis

Ron leads all of The Home Depot sustainability efforts as Vice President of Environmental Innovation/Sustainability and Chairman of the Environmental Council. Ron is a member of the Yale Forest Forum, a Board member of The Home Depot Foundation as well as an Outward Bound Board member.  A native of North Carolina, Ron holds a BA degree from North Carolina State University in Business Management/Economics.

John Replogle

John Replogle joined Seventh Generation in March of 2011, from Burt’s Bees, the leading Earth-friendly, natural personal care products company, where he served starting in January 2006 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Burt’s Bees, John spent three years at Unilever, where he managed the skin care division and helped to launch the Real Beauty campaign for Dove and establish the Dove Self-Esteem Fund. He earned a B.A. in History at Dartmouth College and an MBA at Harvard Business School.
